The evidences and their opposites meet and confront themselves through Baldino’s radiant influence, as the young talented musician signs, with “Get off The Pot”, its third release for the Slim Records label. There’s definitely no gap through Skail Master M creativity! Short after
the release of its explosive “Boom EP”, the prolific Swiss duet proves it
once again by offering us a brand new, brightly innovating creation:
the highly atmospheric “Strawberry”.

Minimalistic subtleness and impalpable lightness… here are the fundamental
patterns which underlie Skail Master M latest trilogy, an aerial and slightly
vibrionnant thematic suite, ideally designed to show the impeccably balanced
association of an original composition and its two remixes. Three brilliant
masterpieces, all gathered under the “Strawberry” refreshing banner,
confronting their similarities and specificities to emphasize both Skail Master
M bright inventiveness, and the outstanding talent of the duet’s V.I.P. guests,
Human Body and Beroshima.

Known to be part of the international electronic scene’s influential ones, the
famous French pair and the Berliner edgy DJ imprint their proper style upon
the single’s primary track, out of which crystalline drops of pure harmony seem
to emerge as a celestial counterpoint to a constant line of vibrant, buzzing
waves, expertly drawn up to reveal a vivid, limpid musical landscape. A
stunning creation that Human Body chose to highlight by enhancing its
sonorous and rhythmical density, dressing it up with, intense, glowing colours,
though without changing its deep structure, while Beroshima decided as for
himself to profoundly rework the whole thing, only sparing a few basic
elements to rearrange through its own personal and unique brand.
The final result, in between broad differences and close complementarity,

Duet of Swiss beatmakers best known for their studio collaborations with such superstars as Ludacris, Katy Perry and Lady Gaga, The Hiiters start their own race toward success with the release of «Space Rider», an explosive EP drawn from their firs album to come.

More than two million and half hits on MySpace… Swiss artists are not so many to claim such a prowess! The Hiiters can though. And they will sure take advantage of that unexpected buzz to build their own personal success, after having worked in the shade of such stars as Ludacris, Dolla, Amanda Blank or Adam Joseph

A dream long cherished by this duet of beatmakers born in 2006 in Geneva, and that its two members – Raphaël Ecoretti, known as Vito, and Soufian Anabir, aka Big Soof – had already tried to concretize separately before they first met. Through the release, in 2004, of a solo hip hop album reviewed by the media for the first one. And with a contribution, the same year, to a collective opus featuring twenty-four young promising MC’s and rappers from Geneva for the second.

Yet, these two attempts intriguing simultaneity is only one of the many resemblances between the boys individual paths, as those two fanatics of the sound seem to have long gone on parallel, developing affinities for similar musical blends, attending the same artistic society, or offering their services and talents to the same big majors, only to mention Sony-BMG and Warner.

A wide bunch of similarities that could only lead to their encounter and to the birth of The Hiiters, a prolific creative tandem whose inventiveness was offered to numerous famous artists, before deploying itself through a definitely more personal project. A project that suddenly grew up in importance, following the stunning success of a series of remixes, ordered for Katy Perry, Lady Gaga or Pony Pony Run Run.

Asked from everywhere for live sets presenting those famous remixes as well as their own creations, the duet then decided to finally venture under the spotlights, and signed on the young Slim Records label to take up this challenge. With for a result the imminent release of an electrifying single entitled “Space Rider”.

Designed as an explosive prelude to the pair’s very first album, that electro pop-rock EP smartly combines rough influences and pure creativity, superimposing synthetic sounds and spasmodic beats, lo-fi lightenings and 80’s like leitmotivs, retro-futuristic reminiscences and “avant-gardist” inspirations. Definitely detonating, the resulting mix draws up a well-balanced and innovative artwork, from which the group’s unique powerful brand brightly emerges.

A brand which is obviously seductive, since that edgy track, in addition to have his cover decorated by a young promising comic designer named Kon, is also escorted by a suite of virtuoso remixes, respectively created by the Swiss DJ Spacebox 750, the New Yorker posse Radio Krome, the French techno master Mily and its Parisian homologue LaTourette. A veteran of the local scene and three great names from the international electro sphere for four tremendous reinterpretations, which brilliantly emphasize The Hiiters original creation, enhancing its best qualities and carrying it through unexplored universes, without ever altering its deep, fundamental frame. An amazing achievement, to discover by the end of the summer.

The first release of (e)series is OUT !!

One creation, two variations, three universes. Here’s the concept pictured by Skail Master M for the (e)Series inaugural launch.

Following the young Slim Records label request to inaugurate this new original collection, specially designed to be available on the Web only, the famous techno duet naturally chose to display a brand new track of its own, before asking Neuphon and Dave Leston to draw their own reading from it. As a result form their efforts, emerges a top class collection of three different universes, all drawn from one unique musical theme.

Awaited for the 6th April 2010, that surprising trilogy entitled “A Walk with Friends”, combines Skail Master M bright eclecticism, and allows its both partners of circumstance to superimpose their full personality and brand on the duet’s pure, minimalist creation, wrapping up its smooth harmonies, its gliding ambiance and its atmospheric beats into their own strong and convincing style.
